2024 Kansas City Wedding Vendor Choice Awards

The fifth annual Kansas City Wedding Vendor Choice Awards gala, held on February 3rd, 2024, celebrated the achievements of wedding professionals from across the industry. The event allowed attendees to connect, celebrate successes, and strengthen community ties. Nominees, selected by their peers, were voted on by the industry to determine the top three finalists in each category, with winners revealed in a glamorous ceremony.

For the 2024 Kansas City Wedding Vendor Choice Awards, I designed a cohesive suite of event materials, including invitations, bar and welcome signage, and table numbers, to elevate the gala’s elegance. The centerpiece was a custom welcome suite with a star brad and spinning top design, allowing guests to view each section interactively, all assembled with personalized envelopes and belly bands for 900 attendees.
