The fifth annual Kansas City Wedding Vendor Choice Awards gala, held on February 3rd, 2024, celebrated the achievements of wedding professionals from across the industry. The event allowed attendees to connect, celebrate successes, and strengthen community ties. Nominees, selected by their peers, were voted on by the industry to determine the top three finalists in each category, with winners revealed in a glamorous ceremony.

Tasked with designing a range of materials for the 2024 Wedding Vendor Choice Awards, I created elegant stationery for invitations and correspondence, eye-catching bar signage to set the mood, welcoming signage to greet and guide guests, and stylish table numbers. I focused on ensuring each element enhanced the event’s prestige and contributed to a cohesive and sophisticated atmosphere.
The main stationery piece, the welcome suite, featured a unique design with a star brad holding together the order of events, sponsors, and menu sections. The suite was designed with a spinning top piece, allowing each section to be viewed through a window, adding an interactive and elegant touch to the presentation. My team and I intricately assembled each piece, which was then placed into an envelope adorned with a belly band featuring the name, company, and table number for each of the 900 guests.
